For the awesome group 
They wanted a picture of Vic, in his panels, surrounded by his fans.... I cannot do all, so I just throw in bunch of cosplayers, random persona and some cameo~ Perhaps is the very first picture I did in a short while... with so many people in it...
So sorry for the background... I have no idea what to do and just throw in some background in one of Vic panels. (All I remember is it's orange and yellow colored LOL)
Oh yeah! Know that girl that get's hugged by Vic?
